Professionals from across the world wishing to work in Dubai’s healthcare sector will now benefit from a new online platform that will list all the suitable job opportunities. Employment Opportunities For Expats In Germany On The Rise

As Germany grapples with an economic slowdown and political uncertainties, German Ambassador to India, Philipp Ackermann, has said Germany is increasing its focus on attracting skilled professionals from India. In a news conference last week, Ackermann highlighted how Germany's changing immigration laws to present a unique opportunity for Indian workers, especially in sectors facing labour shortages. Ackermann said the country is in urgent need of skilled labour, emphasising the urgency of filling positions in industries ranging from engineering to digital solutions. "We have changed our laws and I'd say Germany arguably has the most liberal immigration laws now," he added.

Top 10 Global Airlines By Seat Capacity in Q1 2025

The ranking of the global airlines for the first quarter of 2025 reveals regional dominance and operational trends in global aviation. In the ever-evolving aviation industry, seat capacity is one of the key insights to understand the reach, scale, and operational strength of an airline. As travel demand continues to grow in 2025, major airlines worldwide are expanding their networks and deploying larger and more modern aircraft to cater to millions of passengers. Unsurprisingly, North America continues to lead the industry, with the four US airlines – American Airlines (AA), Delta Air Lines (DL), United Airlines (UA), and Southwest Airlines (WN) occupying the top four spots. Meanwhile, the Asia-Pacific solidifies its role as a rising aviation hub, with carriers, such as China Eastern (MU), China Southern (CZ), and IndiGo (6E), reflecting the rapid growth of air travel in the region. Latin America’s LATAM Airlines (LA) and other major players across continents further contribute to the diversity and competition of the industry.

Air India Rolls Out AI-Driven Booking Platform

Air India has introduced a new AI-powered feature called eZ Booking, which allows customers to book their flights on the airline’s website via an AI assistant. Initially available to members of Air India’s Maharaja Club loyalty programme, eZ Booking aims to simplify the reservation process by removing unnecessary steps and consolidating the entire experience. By leveraging artificial intelligence, the feature eliminates the need for navigating multiple screens, offering a smoother and more intuitive way to book flights, Air India claims. The technology behind eZ Booking, known as Agentic AI, functions like a virtual travel agent. It listens to or reads the customer's travel requests and generates a tailored itinerary.
